Why Choose Kleinpenny Rentals as Your Athens Landlord

We’re not the only rental company in town – not by a long shot. But we are a unique one, and for all the right reasons. We take great pride in our properties; we’re always renovating something! We believe college life and feeling at home aren’t mutually exclusive, which is why our rental properties – including these awesome 5-bed units – have all the things you’d expect in a home: AC, updated appliances, tiled bathrooms, dishwashers, laundry.

Our leases are short and straightforward – take a look at our sample lease to see for yourself. We keep our rent at reasonable prices, and only charge per bedroom, not per person. In addition, as you can see with some of these five bedroom rental homes, many of our properties include city utilities in the rent. And then there are all those primo long-term parking rentals. Don’t forget to sign early – many of our properties rent a year ahead of time.Let us make your apartment search simple. Give our office a call and ask for a showing!
