One of five luxury rental units at our completely renovated 20 N Congress apartment building, this four bedroom apartment is packed full of amenities, and all just a stone’s throw from campus green and uptown Athens.

Each bedroom of this student rental has its own private bath with ceramic tile floors and tub surround, and Kohler cast iron porcelain tubs. All four bedrooms in this apartment are large with big closets, high ceilings and plush carpet. Essentially, every roommate gets their own private master suite-style oasis. Sounds pretty nice, right? Especially after a year or two stuck in the dorms.

The kitchen in this Ohio University student apartment has a built-in restaurant booth, dishwasher, microwave, and lots of cabinet space. We are talking an entire wall of pantry cabinets. The kitchen, living room and hall have beautiful solid oak select hardwood floors, which lend a warm, inviting feel to this awesome space.

What’s more, this apartment has outdoor space and a view: there is a large front porch perfect for pre-gaming before everybody heads down the alley and right onto court street! You’ll be hard-pressed to find a nicer 4 bedroom uptown rental in Athens, and our tenants agree, which is why the units in this building almost always rent at least a year ahead of time.

Designated parking spots are available to rent around the corner for $420 a year. Security deposit is $670 per person. Sorry, no pets allowed. curious to know more? Inquire with the office to claim your spot!

What’s the neighborhood like?

This 4-bedroom apartment is truly inside the uptown neighborhood. You’re surrounded by student rentals and just a few seconds from Court Street around the corner, and you basically share a backyard with Lucky’s uptown! Just around the corner from W Washington and across the street from Bromley, this section of the street is like a little micro-community in the warmer months, because it’s close to campus, too.

3 words to describe this neighborhood: fun, active, central

What’s this rental building close to?

This place is close to everything uptown, making social life and university life compatible and convenient:

  • Donkey Coffee: café/live music/choice study spot
  • Pigskin: bar/restaurant/table games
  • Hangover Easy: vintage diner

Distance to Court Street: .1 mi, 2 min walk (less if you take the alley!)

Distance to campus: .2 mi, 4 min walk
