If you have a maintenance problem please call the Kleinpenny Rentals office at
594-6900 and leave a detailed message explaining exactly what is wrong.

Unless you specify that you want to set up a specific time, we will not necessarily call you back but send someone over to fix the problem as soon as possible.

If you have an emergency after hours call Michael Kleinman, the owner, at his home (592-5979). If this is something that absolutely needs to be dealt with immediately and cannot wait till morning you may call in the middle of the night.

If you do not get a response from the office or the owner try calling Pete Thompson, the Maintenance Supervisor, at 740-664-4002 or his cell at 740-591-7135.
