Kleinpenny Rentals has been in the student housing business since 1989. We offer 67 rental units all within a block or two of Athens main uptown street, Court St. We offer a variety of housing options from studio apartments to 8 bedroom houses. We provide unsurpassed quality rarely found in student rentals anywhere. Throughout our 13 years in business we have maintained a renovation program that frequently encompasses a complete renovation from the ground up. In each case we were directly involved in every aspect of the project, from the initial design to general contracting the entire project.

The results we have achieved in our renovations reflects a pride and dedication that transcend the drive for economic return and enters the realm of artistic passion. We offer features like 3/4" sanded on sight hardwood flooring, antique light fixtures, Woodmode² solid cherry kitchen cabinets, Subzero² refrigerators, Kholer² cast iron porcelain whirlpool baths, and Hot Springs² seven person hot tubs. Our signature built-in black restaurant booth kitchen seating with pendent lighting can be found in most all of our remodeled units.

With a full time maintenance staff ,including a licensed electrician, our service is also excellent. We make every effort to quickly respond to the need of our tenants. Renovation, maintaining and renting our units is, for us, a full-time family business, and one in which we take care and pride. We feel that we are the premiere student rental agency in Athens.
