Additional rental parking spaces are available to our tenants for only $33 per month in a parking lot a couple blocks away. Oh, and we almost forgot the best part of this huge house – the location! It’s just across from the middle school, just 2 blocks up from Court Street – that means short walks to the bars and short walks to class.
Landlord pays city utilities; tenants pay all other utilities including gas, electric and Wi-fi. Our rental company also mows the lawn and shovels snow off the sidewalks. This house has one of the best locations in town, right on the corner of N Congress and W State. What’s the neighborhood like?
This student rental house sits just outside of uptown on the very edge of the West Side. There’s a bus stop on the corner outside, and looking down the hill you can literally see Court Street. Despite it being so close to uptown, it’s fairly quiet on most days, as Athens Middle School is just up the hill. This block is surrounded by central neighborhoods sprinkled equally with residences and OU student housing.
