The apartments at our 20 N Congress building are some of the most in-demand in town, and this 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit is no different. This is one of the nicest apartments in Athens, so it often rents a year or more ahead of time.

A Hot Springs 5-person hot tub sits on a deck overlooking Court St. The living room and hall have real ¾” red oak hardwood floors and recessed can lighting. The kitchen has a built-in restaurant booth, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, porcelain tile floor, and maple cabinets, including a huge pantry cabinet.

The two bathrooms in this spacious 3-bed unit in uptown Athens have ceramic tile floors and tub surrounds, and Kohler cast iron porcelain tubs. Also included in this cool student rental is your own laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The bedrooms have super-plush carpet and large, lighted closets, including a walk-in closet. A high efficiency heat pump provides central air conditioning and heating. All this and one of the best locations in town; you’re just 30 seconds from Court St. and a couple minutes’ walk to campus. Not to mention that awesome back deck with a hot tub and a view again.

Rented parking spaces are available around the corner for $204 per semester. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Security deposit is $700 per person. Sorry, no pets allowed. The units in our 20 N COngress apartment building often rent early, so inquire with the KPR office to get in ASAP if you're interested!

What’s the neighborhood like?

This three bedroom apartment is truly inside the uptown neighborhood. You’re surrounded by student rentals and just a few seconds from Court Street around the corner, and you basically share a backyard with Lucky’s uptown! Just around the corner from W Washington and across the street from Bromley, this section of the street is like a little micro-community in the warmer months, because it’s close to campus, too.

3 words to describe this neighborhood: fun, active, central

What’s this rental building close to?

This place is close to everything uptown, making social life and university life compatible and convenient:

  • Donkey Coffee: great coffee/choice study spot
  • Bagel Street Deli: Super-unique, locally-sourced bagel sandwiches
  • Hangover Easy: vintage diner (plus cocktails!)

Distance to Court Street: .1 mi, 2 min walk (less if you take the alley.)

Distance to campus: .2 mi, 4 min walk
